The difference between these pictures is 3 weeks and a massive confidence boost!
Prerna is a mum and tends to look after everyone but herself and felt that she’d lost a part of herself.
We implemented:
✔️Calorie deficit
✔️Aiming to drink more water
✔️Trying to get some more steps in each day on walks/jogs
✔️Some additional vitamins
✔️Protein tracking (it was a bit low)
The biggest benefit to Prerna so far (other than looking absolutely incredible!😍), is being educated on what will work, what is beneficial and debunking everything else!
If you’re too restrictive within your diet or left hungry for hours – it won’t work. It won’t be sustainable and 9/10, you’ll end up putting the weight back on, if not more than what you started with!
