I started my journey with Diet Smart in June 2022 but I was skeptical about keto but Diet Smart quickly turned my skepticism into belief and faith because everything they say or do comes from a rock solid foundation of knowledge and experience. I am glad to have found them and they have indeed lived up to his tag of being a diet buddy! My favorite thing about this journey has been how easy and comfortable they make keto – local ingredients, diet staples and ease of eating outside without guilt or regrets! They have managed to help sort the relationship I had with food, weight, health and so much more!!
