Moong Dosa

INGREDIENTS- 

50 g Green Moong Beans

Water

Salt

Ghee

 

METHOD –

  • Sprout the moong beans overnight. Once these are sprouted weigh around 100g of it for the bater.

(100g sprouted moong = 11g of Carbs)

 

  • To make the batter, add the sprouted beans, salt and a little water into the blender. Make a slightly thick batter for the Dosa.
  • Heat some ghee on the pan, and spread the batter on the pan evenly. Make sure the pan is heated properly before spreading the batter, otherwise it may stick to the pan.
  • Flip the dosa on the other side, once you’re sure it’s cooked. 
  • Have the Dosa with coconut or pudina chutney and Enjoy!
