Loaded Non- veg Omelet

INGREDIENTS –

  • Eggs
  • Bacon strips
  • Ham
  • Sausage
  • Cheese
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Dried herbs

 

METHOD –

  • In a pan, heat some butter and some chopped coriander according to your preference.
  • To that add all the available cold cuts in small chopped pieces, so that it goes with the omelet
  • Sautee all of these together along with some salt. Make sure they are not fried or over-cooked, cook them until they are soft and juicy
  • Move all the cooked cold cuts into a different bowl.
  • Take a bowl and beat 2 whole eggs, with a pinch of salt, pepper and dried herbs as per your preference. Take note of the salt content, as cold meats like bacon are salty itself, and adding extra salt can be risky there.
  • Keep the flame low and cook it until the lower portion is fried.
  • After this, start adding your cooked cold cuts and meat to the omelet. Add some cheese according to your preference but make sure it’s not too much as you already have the fats from two whole eggs.
  • Fold the omelet after adding your cold cuts and cheese, and flip them 2 – 3 times to make sure both the sides are properly cooked.
  • You can have this High Protein meal for your breakfast or lunch
