INGREDIENTS
- Almond Flour
- Cocoa Powder
- Egg
- Baking Soda
- Erythritol
- Fresh Cream
- Butter
METHOD
- Take a mug add a spoon of butter
- Add an egg, 100g of almond flour, Cocoa Powder in the mug and baking soda
- Add erythritol as per your sweet preference and mix it all together
- Microwave it for 2-3 mins
- Take some cocoa powder, fresh cream and some erythritol and whisk it together.
- Once you have the Chocolate Ganache, put ot on top of the cake to give that double chocolaty touch!
