High Protein Dip

INGREDIENTS

  • Eggs
  • Chopped Onion
  • Green Chillies
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Jalapeños
  • Olives
  • Mayonnaise
  • Capsicum
  • Mixed Dried Herbs
  • Cheese
  • Chili Sauce

METHOD

  • Wash all the veggies – Onion, Capsicum, Olive, Jalapeños, Green chilies, coriander leaves and start chopping them, the finer the better.
  • Dice the boiled eggs and add them in the vegetables
  • Once all of it is chopped, add 2-3 spoons of Mayonnaise, you can change the quantity according to your preference.
  • Add some grated cheese and 1 tsp of chili sauce and a sprinkle of salt and mixed herbs, and.. your salad is done! (Chef’s kiss)
