- Eggs
- Chopped Onion
- Green Chillies
- Coriander Leaves
- Jalapeños
- Olives
- Mayonnaise
- Capsicum
- Mixed Dried Herbs

METHOD
- Wash all the veggies – Onion, Capsicum, Olive, Jalapeños, Green chilies, coriander leaves and start chopping them, the finer the better.
- Dice the boiled eggs and add them in the vegetables
- Once all of it is chopped, add 2-3 spoons of Mayonnaise, you can change the quantity according to your preference.
- Add some grated cheese and 1 tsp of chili sauce and a sprinkle of salt and mixed herbs, and.. your salad is done! (Chef’s kiss)
